Double check settings in Handbrake; such as the quality slider and such.
Did you do updates for OS or drivers recently?
I am thinking it is something to do with my recent BIOS update?
I imagine it might have disabled "above 4g decoding" for no reason and "re-size BAR support".
This vid is at least halfway done and I'll just wait for it to finish encoding before messing with stuff.
Should I ddu my drivers and reinstall?
I have a version of Linix I installed on a separate partition on one of my nVMEs, that's about the only thing I can think of that i personally changed to my PC
I did that...I have it all set to maximum speeds, the right preset for my hardware, etc. I am at a complete loss
I've encoded like 200 videos in it since I started using it and had no problems, and always checked the settings before starting an encoding. Now the optimized settings that i was previously using to get ~330fps during encoding is completely nerfed :(
Edit: i just tested a completely different video to encode in Handbrake and all of a sudden it's running at the normal speed....
I dont even understand how...?
