Windows 10 only has 3 more months of support, switch to Windows 11 or Linux.

You can use Open-Shell to make Windows 10/11 more like older versions of Windows.
Not sure if you know about Windowblinds or not. Doesn't improve performance though. You can also use those generic Windows themes like from Deviantart but also doesn't help performance. Not sure if that's what you meant by mods.

Openshell helps the start menu though.
OpenShell is mandatory.

You're jumping on tbat band wagon too? Look Win10 is not going anywhere anytime soon. Look how much longer of life Wi 7 lived with actually support via security updates.

The world's Healthcare system all uses Win10, it's not going anywhere.

Win10 will officially have updates until Jan 2018

Stuff like those healthcare systems run a long term support version of WIndows 10. 99.99% of normal Windows 10 users who are going to stick to it aren't running LTSC.
LTSC is good until 2032

If you have Win10 Pro you will be able to get updates until Jan 2028

Those paid updates will leak for everyone to use
