Try reading the page. Unless the SteamDeck contains a SanDisk PRO-READER SD Express Dual Card (it doesn't) it would likely read this proprietary microSD card at normal microSD speeds I would expect.

While eventually microSD cards will run that fast on future hardware. Generally existing hardware isn't forward compatible in that way.

It is, i have a Switch 2 and a MicroSD express. It's nice, although at the moment the available sizes seem to be pretty limited to 128/256GB.
But in the same breath just like the Steam Deck, if you put MicroSD Express in an original recipe Switch, it'll just run at standard MicroSD speeds.
