Whenever I try to adjust any settings in CS2, whether it's graphics or anything else, the game keeps minimizing and maximizing itself multiple times. Once it finally stabilizes, my cursor and the in-game cursor are completely out of sync. For example, if my cursor is over the "Play" button, the "Loadout" or "Inventory" will open instead. It's so frustrating—I can't change my settings without all these issues.
