I use headphones all the time.
If i had people over often I would get speakers but when I have company over we just go do something somewhere else
1. Red Dragon soundbar (RD GS570) for a simple audio setup for when I watch YT on my rig
2. Philips Fidelio B97 soundbar Dolby ATMOS, DTS-X capable for movies and gaming
3. iFi Micro iDSD Black Label DAC combo for serious/personal audio appreciation with various cans I have
4. Creative SXFI Theater (wireless) for those times I prefer the convenience of wireless cans
2nd rig
1. Sonicgear U200 soundbar for audio for YT viewing
2. Fostex HP-A4 DAC combo for private audio appreciation with my cans
3. LG SP8YA soundbar for gaming and movies
I can turn them all on but that would not be proper, but I usually turn on 5 - 8 of them for gaming as some are simply for mixing and have zero bass.
Razer set gets really bad reviews on amazon here.
Majority Sierra plus seems to have less than spotless reviews on amazon. 7% 1 star 3% 2 star 82% 4 and 5 stars combined. Might get some info by reading the low end amazon reviews.
oxs might not have many reviews? 7% 1 star?
Usually look for lots of reviews and high ratings from different sources. Need to read the lower reviews since might be inherent issues or possibly warranty issues or parts got changed and newer models bad, etc... Some speakers can focus on bass. Can change settings and sound depends on audio app used sometimes. Need to look at the comment dates also.
Edit.
As for what I am using, shure srh1540 or fiio fl1 headphones with a schiit audio mofi/magni 2 stack or a 7.1.2 surround home theatre setup using my very old eltax tower speakers and sub with mordaunt short genie 2 surrounds, eltax monitor atmos, speakers hooked upto a denon x4700h a reciever.
