Boot LED stays red but PC boots fine?

I recently upgraded my old CPU and mobo and ot has 4 debug LEDs
Boot,RAM,VGA,HDD.

The SATA and power cables have been replaced but no solution.

When I boot my system ,they make a full loop but the boot LED stays red, despite the system booting normally.If I put the PC to sleep and wake it up again or enter and exit the BIOS setup without making any changes,it all goes away.

I don't have any issues with my system,no crashes or anything but I am just curious why it stays on for no reason.

When using UEFI, this can stay red, issue warnings such as on ASRock which is not a warning but a enabled on Dr. Debug which looks like a warning AND is UNDOCUMENTED (9E - means UEFI TPM 2.0 enabled on ASR MOBO but undocumented anywhere).

If the PC is running fine, this is not a warning and could be an enabled switch for TPM 2.0 or otherwise.

Please disregard any "warnings" IF the system is running fine and stable.

To rule out system corruptions, please run this in Windows Terminal (Admin) or PowerShell (admin):

sfc /scannow

If it finds and fixes corruptions (or doesn't find anything) you are good to go but if corruptions are found AND fixed, please restart the PC.

In the rare chance that SFC command states "...Have found corruptions but CANNOT fix" please proceed to this next command THEN reissue the sfc /scannow command AFTER this next command below:

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Dism will rectify the SFC failure/warning and allow corruptions to be fixed.
