I’m thinking of building something like a Steam Console for my partner to play games on using SteamOS.

Requirements for the build, small form factor, quiet, power efficient. and can run modern titles at 1440p 60 fps upscaled or otherwise.

Any suggestions especially through PC Part Picker would be great appreciated.
