All games look slightly blurry/fuzzy

after i played with some settings in NVIDIA control panel all my games look slightly blurry, it all started after i tried to increase the DSR
I tried restoring the settings to default but the problem's still here
is there any solutions besides reinstalling the drivers/OS completely?

UPD: Uninstalled them with DDU and then installed a new one and it worked!

turn off windows display scaling
make sure the games run at native display res

worst case, reboot in safe mode, and run ddu to wipe gpu drivers and settings, then reboot without internet, and install the nvidia driver again

i didn't use any windows display scaling + everything runs at native
