Ryzen 5600x and 4060ti or 4060?
So i can get the 4060ti for the same price as the 4060 but i was wondering if my CPU is good enough to push the GPU. No, i can not afford a new CPU right now. But i'll get one at the end of this year.

Thanks in advance!

4060ti just because it's more powerful. Vram might be more of a concern that the cpu depending on the game and settings.

Should run fine 4060ti and your cpu ,
-get 4060ti yes it has 8gb but that will run fine at 1080p and like medium settings and get like 40-60fps to 100+fps.

-more vram is really only good for 1440p and 1080p max settings and RTX/ray tracing- at max settings.

-BUT don't buy the 3060 12gb it's old and will only get like 40fps max and really won't go over depending on the game.

And if your cpu does happen to bottle neck you GPU it'll be fine till you buy you new CPU.
I'm about to buy the RTX 5060 8gb for $300 USD

Yeah, i had the 3060 in mind first but then i friend told me he could sell me his 4060ti for 300 bucks and now i wanna go for it. I watched some benchmarks and in most cases the CPU is good enough but not always.

Look ahead, if you do get a new cpu in the future, do you really want an older gpu with it. Get the 4060ti.

Thanks for the bench barks.

They test those GPUs on max settings and push them to there limits and they always test them in the most hard to run games :csgoskull:.

So playing something different or older would get you those 60+fps and if you don't have RTX then you'd probably get more.
