It being called a 7.1 surround headset is just misleading marketing.
I dont see a stereo option there. Only mono.
Its not. I can hear it and it sounds horrible.
Go to Advanced Audio it has options for 2.1. 5.1, 7.1, Headphones. Set to 2.1
If you have Realtek check it's settings and see if Virtual Surround or Speaker Fill is enabled and disable it
