The OLED model needs one additional package that the LCD version doesn't.
Chances are you have the OLED version and didn’t install the driver for the amplifier chip and/or you installed the audio driver for the LCD version audio chip.

I switched because I wanted to emulate and the file system is trash on Linux and half the games don’t work like anti cheats and it so much easier to have everything on windows its way easier to set things up I don’t need separate launchers like heroic or something and when I save a file I don’t need to spend a half hour looking for it, it works great the battery isn’t as good but besides that I would have any reason to switch back, there is big picture mode, windows has a touch screen keyboard and I installed atlas os so it’s only the essentials for windows 11, the only things that don't work are the speakers and the screen goes blue when I try to shut it Down
