First, use DDU and run it in Windows Safe Mode and then clean out everything for Intel and NVIDIA GPUs. When done, reboot normally and run the Intel tool linked above first. When those are installed, reboot and install the NVIDIA GPU Driver. Reboot once more when done. Then launch NVIDIA Control Panel and set Power to Prefer Max Performance and set High Performance GPU as the Default.
