Not really, just need to know how to save and budget, you don't even need to be rich.
A disturbingly large number of people could easily buy one if they just cut out buying fancy coffee every day or just made their own lunch instead of buying it, it costs less than shat smokers will spend literally killing themselves in a year etc.
Lol, there is no cpu called "Intel ultra9 24" Please provide the correct designation
As an exercise, can you oorrectly identify the ram?
It sounds like you bought a prebuilt, which in my world is a BIG NO NO. Anyway claw back extra performance by learning to debloat it.
It's all for nothing if your monitor is garbage. You should at the very least have an Asus PG32UCDM for such a system. The Aorus FO32U2P is marvellous as well.
Wish you all the best and enjoy the hell out of it.
9800x3D + 5090 (instead of slower in gaming intel core ultra 9 285k)

About £3600 with taxes.
Some people like to liquid cool both the cpu and gpu and tbat won't be cheap for the OPs CPU and GPU. And if doing h3avy productivity you'd probably want 9950X if going Ryzen and a more expensive Motherboard if you plan to install mant PCIE 5.0/4.0 ssds
(I'm still a bit uneasy about lack of HT for gaming systems.)
At 4k with rtx 5090 the difference between 285k and 9800x3d is small, according to these vids -

Liquid cooled GPU is about £600 extra or more.
420mm cooler for the CPU is actually cheaper in UK than premium air coolers.

£4200
But it’s £600 wasted for nothing in my opinion. Custom loop can cost even more.
Do you think people spending 7K on a rig care about £600,
I mean, if I was going balls out on a new rig, I'd want it exactly how I wanted it, imagine regretting a decision for years and years over a few hundred quid.
People who don’t care about £600 probably take a loan.
People can also regret getting a liquid cooled GPU. There are downsides to that - like more complicated build, maintenance, potential pump failure, shorter lifespan and degrading performance.
And getting a top end build for years and years is usually a waste of money and it’s usually more cost effective to get a high-mid more often. Plus it can feel bad in 18months when it gets outperformed by new CPUs+ RTX 6090 that can likely be build for less than this one. Well, it will most likely feel bad if the purchase was financially impactful and an upgrade won’t be any time soon.
Some people have enough $ to not care tbat much. Look at all those Tesla owners
