It is possible to gain a small boost as Ryzen Chipset Drivers update over time yes but for the GPU that's not much of a factor. As long as the CPU is configured properly in BIOS. Also reviews really need to show some test with SMT on/off and things like that. In some games it's no difference but in some it can be a huge difference. The GPU Adrenaline Drivers have matured quite a bit in last 6-12 months especially where Win11 is concerned. However you do have to spend some time tweaking Win11 better for gaming. Probably more so then Win10 because of all the embedded online crap Win11 has to disable and such to help ensure best overall performance for everything gaming

Your comments are not clear to me.
"Handicapped by design GPU" can mean many different things. Especially in the context of HW's video. Language is not a problem here.

I completely miss the meaning of the second comment and what you are referring to.

TechYESCity re-tested b/c of the HUB video, he saw significant performance improvement in Delta Force and Space Marine 2, but otherwise margin-of-error levels of improvement.

The 5050 is quite literally manufacturerd E-Waste (a better name would be 5010), the 5060 is garbage and is no significant upgrade from a 4060 and not even able to MFG properly, the 5060Ti being equally bad (especially if you get the 8GB version). No joke, the new MFG doesn't work properly if you don't have 12GB VRAM or more.

That is not even touching on the fact that Nvidia isn't even honest with the performance that you can expect from them. Which has been covered by multiple people online already.

No difference in most games but there is some improvement in few of them.

YouTube is suggesting me dubbed videos from various countries with different conclusions but more people seem to not see much improvement with the newest drivers.
