Intel can use AI boosted version of XeSS.
RTX GPUs can use all of those options too such as FSR and XeSS
Nvidia can use FSR1, 2 and 3 but FSR4 upscaling doesn’t work on Nvidia cards or even last generation AMD cards.
XeSS uses intel’s XMX AI cores on ARC GPUs for the best performance and quality.
It works in fallback mode on other GPUs making it look and run worse like a different solution despite using the same name for the upscaling.
