older games will run with mixed settings

if you get a higher res or refresh display you will need to lower visual settings for higher fps or res

i would go for an xtx gpu and not an xt gpu. modern games is very ram heavy so, 32 gigabytes is not enough. you will reach the memory cap fairly quickly.

No, all GPUs are already outdated if you count the games coming out broken. Also newer GPUs are coming. If you spend , make sure it's without regret.
