steam only supports win 10-11 and linux
general rule with intel hd/uhd, is games 10 years older than the cpu its on
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/uhd-graphics-600-mobile.c3065
celeron n/j 4xxx, are from 2017-2019
so games around 2007 should be playable at mixed settings
but 4g of system ram will be choking win 11 by alot
that would be the more limiting factor since the igpu uses system ram also
if the laptop only has 1 dimm slot, or single channel, it would cut the igpus performance nearly in half
post a cpuz validation link
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
cpuz -> validate button -> submit button
it will open a browser, copy the url (address) and paste it here
lies, win 11 will never run on that potato
lies......i have 11 running on a 4300U AMD APU laptop that only has 4gb of total systems memory.....windows runs fine BUT it will not even play things like fallout New Vegas......
