At a minimum I would suggest you should be updated to where your BIOS has:

1.2.0.C
1.2.0.7
1.2.0.8

Updating further for AM4 is optional. And might not bring any real worthy benefits.

What is the full model name of your Motherboard?
Which exact CPU do you have? Or plan to upgrade to?
For example if moving from say a Ryzen 3xxx to a Ryzen 5xxx then you might need to update your BIOS for this just prior to swapping CPUs.

At least to Agesa 1.2.0.5. There were some huge vulnerability issues in the past. In addition to that, CPUs like the 5800X3D or the 5700X3D will still profit big time from BIOS updates to this day.
The RAM OC stability has also increased with the few last versions. But that might vary between mobo manufacturers.
1.2.0.5 is too old. C and 7 are what's needed to plug some of the most recent security issues with the CPU microcode.
If u switch from lates agesa to older version then what chipset drivers u must install? Latest amd chipset drivers or older chipset drivers?
I am talking about not x3d cpu
No always latest Chipset Driver; regardless of BIOS version or installed CPU
