the 4+4 or 8 pin connectors are eps to the mobo near the cpu socket
the 6+2 are pic-e for gpu
eps and pci-e are not pinned the same
eps = 4 x+12v and 4x ground pins
pci-e = 3x 12v, and 3 or 5 ground pins
MSI MAG A550BN Gaming Power Supplyr - 80 Plus Bronze Certified 550W - Compact Size - ATX PSU
ESP.
I was looking around for information on those ESP connectors, found this. It says it can deliver 400 watt with just one of those. PSU is 550 watt.
I'm not sure if that's enough for my setup:
-RTX 5060 (145 W)
-Intel I7 14700k
-SSD x1
-32gb RAM
-Liquid cooling
yea, get a better psu that has 2x 4+4 or 8 pin eps connectors
550w is not enough for a modern gaming pc with dedicated gpu
650+w 80+gold or better

if you plan on using it for next build, or getting a better gpu in the future, get 850w with the 12v hpwr connector, costs about $30 more

Basically 650w and 2x 4pin connectors. Gold.

MSI MAG A750GL PCIE 5 Gaming Power Supply - Full Modular - 80 Plus Gold Certified 750W - Compact Size - ATX PSU
EDIT: Ordered the MSI one. It's fully modular, it has flat cables and it has this funny little wire thing, for RTX 50XX? Also it has 2 EPS.
never cheap out on PSUs
also i5 is more than enough for a 5060
then you can have a 650W PSU
takes a much newer design to hold 80+ gold rating
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/80_Plus
80+ gold has been the standard for around 10 years
if you are going at around the $125 range
bequiet 850w pp12m is a great choice

It's up and running. I'll just check with a videogame soon. I'm still fixing drivers and stuffs. Multiple ones.
It was Amazon's recomended. I'm not actually worried.
Installed and booted. One case fan isn't turning, not sure why.
Temperatures are fine but i did underclock it to 80% See about that later. Doesn't shutdown, tried:
-Enshrouded
-Cyberpunk 2077
-Witcher 3
Looking to try Dragon Age: Veilguard.
Something weird though, Horizon Zero Dawn is getting me heat spikes at 90. Somewhat sustained. I guess i just won't play that game. It's strange though, it used to be one of my cooler games.
Funs!
