But there is no reason you should have a Motherboard that is old enough to not have PCIE 4.0 anyways
4060 is low end GPU anyways.
Save up and whn possible make the switch to AM5 Motherboard + DDR5 + at least a 9600X or 9700X CPU
For the price of a 4060 probably could have gotten a 3080 instead
the cards do not have x16 lanes because they dont need them
xx70 and higher cards do have all x16 lanes
