If you have such CPU then try a BIOS update.
So if what I've wrote doesn't really pertain to your situation. Then ignore.
Last year I had 1 game (Call of Cthulu) that would fatal crash not even 2 minutes into the game.
The other was Adam - Lost Memories. Wouldn't even start.
Both UE games.
I ended up finding a solution for Call of Cthulu which was changing a variable. That in itself also ended up fixing the other game.
Since that time both are playable.

Open Task Manager > Details and set Task Manager to Realtime and Explorer to High.
Soon as you launch a UE game, hurry and change the affinity and remove 1 thread from the list and click OK
At any rate, with so many variables doubt anyone will find the issue.
Try asking EPIC or the developer -- you did pay them for the game one way or another.
I 100% refuse to use the EPIC client
Make sure to get from mobo manufacturer and type in the precise name of your model
Download bios version
Format a usb stick to exFAT I'm pretty sure
Put bios file on usb, plug into rear i/o USB slot that should be labeled "bios"
Restart
Go into bios
Should be a flash bios update option or something similar
Select file on usb
Do not touch PC at all until this is done and it restarts
Oh that's pretty cool, and quite useful, I did not know that.
shuffle ram and cpu test 15mins for both
if it passes run a 3dmark benchmark,
