Weird issue or scheduled BIOS event
After building my PC this year , i noticed that sometimes when i turn it on, the PC will not post for about a minute or two with yellow debug light on (RAM). The PC fans will work at 100% the whole time. After a minute or two, the PC boots normally. This happened around 4-5 times since i built it in February. After writing down the frequency of the issue, i noticed that it only happens at specific dates (either 30th, 31st or 1st in month). The same case happened today. As soon as i turned on the PC, the fans locked to 100% and the yellow (RAM) light stayed on for a minute before the PC booted up. Should i be worried about this or is this some scheduled BIOS event (something like memory training) or not.

It doesn't matter if EXPO is on or off. BIOS was updated twice since February

could be memory training
is there any error/status code on the display while posting?

in bios enable fast boot, should make it skip those tests if there are no hardware changes
Ok this should help to break it all down and better explain it...

Google search >
why does my brand new PC take a very long time to BIOS POST at the 1st of each month?

Basically modern Motherboard ever since DDR5 do memory training. But also at 1st of the month the bios to do an extended internal diagnostic process before posting.

Do that Google search with the sentence I have there for a full break down.

All DDR5 PCs
And like I said, it could be that. But it might just be a more indepth internal diagnosis it does each month

Don't forget to update your BIOS on that platform.
Turn of network stack it the bios. See if that fixes it. Let windows detect and bring up the network.

Might be a good idea to check USB too. Lots of devices to screen threw as they might be the culprit.

op said ram debug light was on
so its doing memory training again for some reason
Ah. Right missed that
I don't know if yours the plus version or not. So I believe the ram is over worked 6000mt in your post. I tried to look for a bios update. I suspect ram is unstable.

Run memtest86 ram check then prime95 for CPU stability

Try enabling MCR in BIOS
Memory Context Restore.

Otherwise some Motherboards could trigger Memory Training every boot because your RAM is OC'ed
