Screen Blinking but not turn off and on
so recently everytime i turn on PC, and login windows the screen will like blinking even on the windows login page
what was might be the caused?

One time, I had this happen and it turned out I positioned monitor 1 and 2 improperly where the main monitor is 1 but #2 turns on first for BIOS splash, then Windows pops up on #1, when I had them switched, Windows on #1 would blink twice so check that those cables are proper (usually the output on the farthest right of the GPU i/o would be for the main and so forth).

Just hope it is just that simple.

It's my monitor went kaput, but it seems my power cord is busted, can we buy power monitor?
