Recently received a steam deck second hand but I found out that the QAM button does not work. I can feel the physical feedback from the button when I push it but there is no response. I go to "Test Device Input" and it shows that it is not receiving the input when I push the button. Ive tried restating and factory resetting to no avail. Im starting to think it's a hardware issue but wanted to post a thread to see if there is a software solution that im missing.
