post a cpuz validation link
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
cpuz -> validate button -> submit button
it will open a browser, copy the url (address) and paste it here

get the drivers from the mobo mfg site never windows update

not all games can use vulkan/ogl
Some of these AMD Radeon GPU's have an issue with Boost clocks being under the standard clock and that would crash games.

On my Nvidia GPU, DX12 would crash before I set the clocks lower, the game was 'Saint's Row'.

Why insist on using an operating system that corrupts files and no longer knows how to copy, prevents you from playing because it can’t use DirectX libraries, and fails to recover…

Just ask the developers to switch to alternatives.
Those direct 12 must be ue5 games

still crashing am confused :(
my pc is 32 GB ram 5600 speed
Amd ryzen 7 9700x
i tested the ram both work fine
i don't understand the cause of the issue is it driver issue or my GPU i feel stupid buying AMD GPU i should stayed with NVIDIA

Fixes i tried
1-reinstalled windows
2-reinstalled gpu driver twice
3-updated all bios stuff and chip set
4-removed ram and put them back
5-stress test everything looked fine
6-change clock speed did nothing
7- all temps are good very cool
8-nothing is overclocked
9-power supply 1000 watt
10-using SDD
11-i deleted that broken windows 11 update

am using XFX AMD gpu

at this point it could be software issue or unreal engine 5 broken with DX 12

sorry for asking but am really not good with pc stuff but i tried my best google and asking AI and watching ton of youtube videos and just lost at this point !

which confused why my pc black screened when switched to DX 11 even my sister have same issue with RX 9070

reinstalled game and verified them 20 times !

am using ethernet and also i have wifi but i disabled wifi

idk at this point most game i play have unreal engine 5
