After the analysis you can choose the parts to upgrade and it should (should, don't just rely on this) if your board is compatible with the GPU and if you need to upgrade the bios.
I used it recently as I was upgrading CPU and GPU. It told me I had to upgrade de MB bios for the CPU.
If you are unsure how to make a bios upgrade on the board, maybe study up on it a bit or get someone that knows how to do it. It's fairly simple via usb stick but errors can be catastrophic.
Also, check the label on the PSU (power supply) and make sure you have enough juice for the new GPU if it consumes more than the one you have. From the 3050 to the 5060ti it should be about 70 or 80w more (depending on the exact models).
