Help a dying man. (music Recommendations)

I literally listen to everything. There isn't a genre of music I don't like. I have an undying love for Alternative and Rock though, but I don't really like Metal or its sub-genres. Most Metal songs have 'screaming', something I dearly despise, however there are really great Metal songs that I love, like Chop Suey.

Some artists for reference:

twenty øne piløts
Jon Bellion
Zayde Wølf
Queen
Passion Pit
Imagine Dragons
Royal Republic
Royal Bloods
Panic! At The Disco
X Ambassadors
Rush (Ready Player One, anyone?)
Bastille
Tenacious D
MIKA
MGMT
Dreamers
Weezer
My Chemical Romance
Lucas Graham
The Killers
Your Favourite Martian...

...and many more.

So, I'm having my ears 'cut off' from my body. Basically, music travels from the outer ear through the middle ear to the inner ear. Sound is picked up in the middle ear, and those receptors will be... well something will 'disable' them.
Could you please remove the bones by putting a gun to one ear, and aim for the other ear? Thus cutting us all off from your (absent) sense of humor?

Try LazerHawk, Dynatron, Power Glove, Garth Knight, Miami Nights 1984 and Waveshaper if you're looking for something more..synthy.
Wait. I am confused. I live with a hearing impairment every day, I shape my headphones and musical choices every day. What is going on, OP? I can help. Unless this is a drama post.

It's easier to just avoid modern pop music. KIll your TV if you have to.

Well I was going to say MGMT, but you already know about it. Damn. Have you tried listening to Jimmy Eat World? Greenday? Crystal Castles? Chvrches? I might come back with some more if I can remember any.
