Same here. Always nice to get new games.
I figure those are advertised in the news and/or store page on Steam, so I didn't see a point doing so. You don't get to keep the games either, so it isn't a giveaway so much as a full featured demo.
We tend to let at least one post about those float around so others can find out about it.
Giveaway is different from a free weekend game.
