It's horrible what the software does, and I don't understand why it's not banned everywhere.

I don't understand why people can't just make 15-second videos using literally anything else, like -- maybe just the video uploading part of YouTube itself. Why install China's State Spyware App on your phone just so you can do what your phone already does anyway? How is it better or easier? How do the costs not outweigh the benefits?

I do understand that this last question is not viable, since Most People Are Idiots, and don't understand what the thing is actually doing, or why it's a bad thing, far worse than even FB or Insta or Twitter or Android or iOS or Windows, by a long shot worse than all those combined.
