someone falsly reported me and then said my account may be suspended
A user claimed that he accidentally reported me and my account could be suspended and then sent me a profile of a steam admin. The guy isn't in my friends list so i can't view the dm history and the admin randomly stopped talking to me. what can i do or is this a troll?

It's a scammer. Go to their profile and report them for scamming.

the person that reported me is level 5, has several friends, and has some awards

What's your point. Even if they had a level 500 account, it was probably phished.

That's probably a compromised account that was stolen by the same scam.

These people keep annoying people out of sudden on regular basis. Don't believe it.
They fake pictures, use your avatar and name in the faked steam support picture. It's all fake.
Don't believe these people and stay safe! :sasa:

As mentioned above it's probably phished, the original owner will probably
get it back later if he asks for it.

It's is 100% totally a scam. The scammers have been running it for a very long time. Steam support doesn't do any of that

Yes. Report both.

As others have said, the account saying that they "reported" you has likely also been compromised. It's easier to trick other people into believing their account and actions are "legit" if they've got at least some appearance of a regular, functioning account. (The scam would also be further dead in the water if you were being contacted by a limited, zero level account.)
