Well it’d add a layer of background noise to your vision. In normal conditions that’d just mean slightly less clarity, but it’d be substantially harder to see in low light conditions.

Glowing irises do not denote finesse nor aptitude with telepathy or psychokinesis.

My family still have an old Camera that makes your eyes glow red when ever you snap a picture, if that even counts as eyes glow.

I could be an eye model for ads like glasses and contacts, but everyone would accuse me of using photoshop!

There's a child somewhere in Asia that can sees better in the dark. Turns out he has some 'mutation' that gives him some sort of reflection on his eyes or so. If you shine a light on his eyes it also reflects back. It was in the news a couple of years ago. Don't know its fake.
