What if your eyes glow?
So if your eyes are blue ,it will glow blue

Okay, but why? I'm fine with having a rare eye color, leave it at that.
Then they would do that. Chalk that up to another weird thing my body does that it shouldn’t.

Well it’d add a layer of background noise to your vision. In normal conditions that’d just mean slightly less clarity, but it’d be substantially harder to see in low light conditions.

My family still have an old Camera that makes your eyes glow red when ever you snap a picture, if that even counts as eyes glow.

There's a child somewhere in Asia that can sees better in the dark. Turns out he has some 'mutation' that gives him some sort of reflection on his eyes or so. If you shine a light on his eyes it also reflects back. It was in the news a couple of years ago. Don't know its fake.
