The Witcher 1 was mediocre to me and I couldn't get into W2.

I'm yet to try W3 and see what all the fuss is about.

Call of duty's are nice games despite being linear, the problem is people expect something tactical or idk realistic but cod it's just an interactive dad's war movie

linear games are often, maybe even usually, better than more open ones.
