So this happened during June 2016, I was doing "Would you Rather" game and it goes downhill when I read the text saying: "I'm leaving to go to a Girls school to improve my education" and well, She's from my school. I choose that's it's best to speak my way and not live like this for the rest of my life. My response was the Ultimate Would you Rather Question:

"Would you rather love a perfect guy who can do absolutely everything and is rich...

Or love an imperfect guy. Not the best. Just plain and have no back-bone. But...

That guy will always love you and won't do anything to change that."

She chose the second one and laughed. She was confused and I revealed, it was me.

She was shocked and I felt numb.

She asked why someone would love her. She thought she wasn't clearly best for me where I said that:

"I like things differently. I'm not like most boy's. I have a different opinion and I think most girls (not sexist) think they're perfect. It's too mainstream and I think your not imperfect, your unique."

The chat was quiet until the Summer holiday started. I felt numb and I went to France. I returned and texted back. She told me how was the trip and I enjoyed it. She mentions a test for her transition and I couldn't say I was sad or I would be scarred for the rest of my life. I just rolled by saying I was ok with that. We continued our lives promising good-luck and hope we would talk in class.

2 weeks after school starts:
No contact
No conversation
Nothing

I felt numb again so I decided it would be best to text her what's happened, because I have no-back bone in reality. Once she reads it, this was her exact reply:

"It's OK Marc. But. I really don't want to say this over a text, yet I don't want to say this towards you eye-to-eye.

I don't want you to get upset. Please don't! I would feel so bad if you did but I don't want to be in a relationship. I don't mind if you have a crush on me but I don't want to date someone until an appropriate age. I'm really sorry and please don't cry or be too upset. I don't want to be a bad person.

Are you upset? I am sincerely sorry but I don't think we are the right age to date. I see you as a great, loving, friendly person and I don't want that to change about you."

I understood all of it and I knew I was in the friend-zone.

But I still carried on to try get out. My result:

"I'm ok, really. Just awkward and very different. I think I'm acting different now. Normally, from my state during Primary and Year 7, I'm a free and a "not a care in the world" type of person who never got noticed. Now I feel numb and always have nothing to do. Still not noticed

Also, I understand the fact of age and restrictions of dating and I can handle that. I just wanted someone to chat. It gets boring time to time. Also, hopefully your not upset either from what I texted a few minutes ago

Also, your not a bad person. And so is anybody perfect. I did say this before, right?

Basically, I heard your reaction months ago. I understand. Once I hear it, I pause and stop straight away. Not like how I acted during Year 7 and before. I'm different now. Except for the fact I'm still a background character. I may be artistic, a musician, and maybe a decent animator, but I'm not popular. Just another figure under the bridge in my perspective. A real shame for my case. I don't actually care where I am though. I'm actually someone who's reliable when people need me. I'm just a conversational and maybe a big guy but a small reliable person.

So, please, don't worry about me, I'm sure I'm fine. If I'm capable of holding torment and horrid memories, then I'm capable of worser situations. But anyway, please, if you have the time, hopefully we can chat. I have nothing to do in my free time. It's more of wasted time."

I may have gotten off the topic but I still showed true emotions. The chat has been quiet since.
