just my 2 cents: since the order is still showing as "processing" what did you expect to receive?

even on amazon, if your payment doesn't go through, for whatever reason, you get nothing shipped until the money gets transferred.

check with your bank and ask them what's the issue for the pending payment.

Just cancelled Immediately and sent them message saying how bad their service is. I won't be clicking on ads in future.

I know many people fall for ads and these company's trick you. With SnackVerse you get a waiting list and saying too many high requests on demand. That's the trap right there.

Report them to your credit-card/bank and demand a refund from your card/bank for any and all money this service bilked from you. The more victims that do that, the faster transaction processors and advertising hosts will be motivated to refuse them.

Though, these sorts of companies, if it's a true scam, disappear and rebrand themselves often in order to keep scamming.

Late to the party but they did the same to me 🤣

Subscribed on the 4th of June, payment for the subscription came out immediately... my order status was shown as "processing" up to the time I cancelled my subscription and reported the transaction to the bank. I cancelled on 12/07/25, reported the payment on the same day. Prior to this, Snackverse had messaged some BS about how they were having issues with June's subscription box, originally they said the box would ship between 30/07/25 and 07/07/25, which they later revised to 04/07/25 - 08/07/25.

When there was no sign of shipping when we hit 08/07/25 I figured enough was enough. Did all of the above. Had an email 13/07 saying the box had now shipped.

So yeah, to anyone reading this after googling "snackverse scam" (which is how I got here)... AVOID 😅
