When're they raiding the White House and deporting Trump?
Illegal sinners. No bueno.
Deport an American to America? ok.
"Home growns are next.."
~ Trump, son of an illegal immigrant.
Also how about a maximum security El Salvadorean prison? Trump has gangster tattoos on his arm, here let me go open up photoshop and google an image of Trump's arm...
Tomatoes?
You sound sour, Santa.
Life not good in communist North Polez?
Every elf and every Naughty person is entitled to a defence and gets judged in a court of law, we follow due process before finding them guilty.
And nobody who was deported by ICE was deprived of that right either.
Appearing in a court of law is necessary only if you face criminal charges, and appearing in front of a judge is necessary only if you contest the deportation on the ground that you are in fact an American citizen.
Otherwise, as the Supreme Court has affirmed multiple times (long before Trump came into politics), deportation is an administrative affair and not a criminal one.
And that means that due process is covered by simply providing a price of paper (kinda like when the city hands you a citation for some random violation - which doesn’t always require you to appear in front of a judge to contest it but is often resolved by a city official).
And not one of the laws used to deport illegals - which again have violated the law by crossing the border *and* remaining in the country - was created or approved by Trump; they all predate him by decades at least.
Thank you, Immortalis.
