Love watching her ignore their victim scripts and win anyway.
First wave feminism was important to give women the vote, even though I don't agree with the blatant, racist overtones of the suffragettes.
Second wave feminism was important to give women bodily autonomy, even though I don't agree with the complete stripping a husband's voice in reproductive choices.
Third wave feminism was important to give women equal wages for equal work, even though I don't agree with how that's been twisted to complain about unequal wages for different work.
Fourth wave feminism hasn't been important, but corporations made a lot of money selling the idea that women were perfect no matter their choice of lifestyle.
It’s staggering to think we tolerated this for an entire decade.
True, that kind of attitude is beyond repair.
I remember an interview with an older feminist who said: "In the 80s, we taught women to be smart. Don’t walk home alone at 3 AM. Take responsibility for your safety. Now, feminism tries to convince us women shouldn’t have to protect themselves." Wish I could find that interview.
But yeah, it’s all about having more power than a man and the responsibility of a child.
So it can stay or go, I suppose.🤔
Not the woman that were considered 2nd and 3rd place, I imagine.
Unless those were men too. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me at this point.
You've got to admit they've perfected victimhood. We're losing on every wellbeing metric imaginable, yet we'll never even come close to that level of pity-party mastery.
Let’s hope future generations learn from our failures. Victimization = manipulation.
F to doubt. Even if you never dealt with a feminist woman yourself, their agenda was everywhere, in videogames, movies, TV shows, ads... Unless you're from Russia, maybe?
I’ll admit it was satisfying to watch feminism and LGBTQ+ tear into each other like a pack of face eating hyenas. It was a masterclass in ideological decay.
