In a very limited way of putting it.
To paraphrase Mao on Guerrilla warfare said the guerrilla is the political will. It must work (in reference to China and his rise) alongside the main army.
- there are many variations of how to implement Guerrilla warfare.
If you take Clauswitz on War, (paraphrase) it is to accomplish your objective with physical force.
Which will only take you so far - in my opinion.
To succesfully wage war of conquest or of a political nature you must have the political will of the people conducting it to 'rub off' on the locals.

Google isn't going to get me to talk one on one live so to speak... with a person who has a military background but here on steam or possibly reddit i can do so . You still dodged the question . If you don't know that's fine and you don't have to answer but telling me to go read " a political narrative " isn't answering what a psyop is or how to spot one.
Training and education - reading.
