Low pay no holiday allowance, below rights of everybody else in the work place but you could work.
A disappointment for me was farmers were complaining that they couldn't get workers so 'had' to go abroad and offer free board.
Yet in my area a lot of people would have jumped at the chance to work picking on a farm with free board.
It would have been better conditions than working on the industrial agencies and better treatment too.
I do miss the days you could just show up at an Agency about 6 am and likely to get work for that day.
There should be somewhere people can just show up and be given something to do.
