Get on antidepressants

Try replacing the urge with something else. Whenever you feel like watching porn, go for a run or other exercise instead. Maybe go for a drive, or play a video game. Occupy your mind and time with something else. You most likely won't replace it entirely, but it may lessen you watching it a bit.

Having a boyfriend/girlfriend or husband/wife is probably the best option since then you have a partner than can fill your needs.

Ashwagandha really drowned my libido, but there's some risk of long-term anhedonia or hyperthyroidism, best to take it earlier in the day when cortisol is highest
