Coloring in a book is only as demanding of a task as you make it though and sometimes just the act of filling it out can be therapeutic in a meditative way even if you don't do anything fancy. Might be worth shelving if you ever have to get her a gift again.
But I mean that kind of narrows it down don't it? You get her roller blades or ice skates depending on what kind of skating she does, or whatever game she doesn't have.,
