i dont think she is into arts that much. she plays video games and goes skating. thats all

Depends on what they like, how well do you know them and if are you close to them. Find out something they are really fond of or enjoy a lot and theme the present around that. That is if you want it to be meaningful or if you aren't very close just get anything you think they would like

Coloring in a book is only as demanding of a task as you make it though and sometimes just the act of filling it out can be therapeutic in a meditative way even if you don't do anything fancy. Might be worth shelving if you ever have to get her a gift again.

But I mean that kind of narrows it down don't it? You get her roller blades or ice skates depending on what kind of skating she does, or whatever game she doesn't have.,
