Think I've lived enough life that if I had a week to live, I'd be ok with that.

Not suicidal, just content with the idea of passing at this point. I've lived enough life.

unless you're 100 or older no you haven't uwu
Yes, many of us feel the same, the fear of death is childish. You're bored, everyone finds ways to conquer the boredom rather than ponder.
Sounds like you need to be challenged more.
You're probably a man. If you don't care whether you live or not neither does the rest of the world.
do you have a favourite super hero...
Not caring if you live or die is an illusion. If you're ever in a situation where you have a good chance of dying it'll come right back. What you're really feeling is unsatisfied, and the only way to fix that is to change the parts of your life that you are unsatisfied with.
I wanna move to Vietnam and become a Buddhist farmer.
I am sorry you feel that away OP.
the biggest cause of burnout imo or burning the candle at both ends, as they say is
hedonism and addiction. Or constant abuse of one sort or another.

sometimes a little reverse psychology can do a trick, or at least it works in movies, where some crazy gets on the ledge with the jumper and tells them ready, set let go together. I dont know if that's how it works in reality.

Sometimes, all it takes is someone to listen.

The way i see it, at the end of the day, man didnt give the breath of life to himself, and it's not his to take, just like we are not allowed to take each other's lives.

Also, how ever you look at it, life is short. Suffering can make it feel stretched out, but it's an illusion.

Finally, you do not know what will happen in the future. It might not feel like it now, but things could change for the better. Many people who have gone to that brink, but didn't go through with it, later say they are glad they are still alive.

Life is so short. Especially as you get older and people around you start to pass away. You don't think about these things in your 20s, and even 30s . But, as you move into the later stages of life. I've seen quite a few people pass. Had a friend aged 43 pass away from cancer just last year.

The earth has been around for 4.3b years. We are little insects who think we are so special. We aren't. Lets try to enjoy what we have here.
As long as you're happy thats all that matters.

Regarding steam:
Who gets your inventory, points, awards, badges?
Who gets your games?
You can't transfer your account(but ask Valve anyway for a good laugh).
