I hate China for various reasons, but some things are true. A country is only as great as it's infrastructure and it's investments in the people.

This is false, China has massive amounts of pollution with some cities being so bad that people have to wear gas masks just to walk around.

They are, because they are investing in things that matter like energy production. China is building a Tokamak reactor, how many are being built in the US? None.

They actually are. Because copyright laws mean nothing there they can just steal products and make tons of cheap knockoffs. So yes products are cheap there because they don't have an obsession with having the corporation's name plastered on their products like the US does.

- Transportation is so convenient unlike the west.
They have high speed rail and the US doesn't. Even if their high speed rail is garbage it's still light years ahead of anything the US has public transportation wise.

A country that invests in it's people and society is a country that is more advanced. The US dumping trillions of dollars into fighter jets that spend more time falling out of the sky than being airborne is the mark of a failed society. US infrastructure is joke and the people are becoming even more worse off than the lowliest Chinese peasant. US has a massive spike in homelessness and people going hungry.

If we compare China to Europe, China comes up short. Compared to the US though they are outright flying past us by almost every metric.
