i wouldn't say i'm comfortable in it but i guess relatively speaking it's not so bad. feels like sleeping on a bed of thumb tacks as opposed to a bed that's been spiked with knives or used needles.

Break the lock.

If its not possible right now then work towards developing means to break the lock.

Usually this means that from societies point of view and standards, I am "ignoring the problem" when actually I am "dismantling" it in a very direct sense of the word.

Ive been struggling with lock ups for years, i try to be of better character every day tho
