That's not quite right. It must mean: Nobody wants to work for xxxxxxxxx anymore!

It's not that nobody wants to work anymore, it's more like they don't want to work in jobs for bad pay and no social recognition.
Shrink the food, make the rent go up, but keep the wage same as b4 heh

The internet ruined job hunting because anyone with a computer can apply for the job. Also, there are a ton of fake jobs posted online.

No one wants to help develop or sustain something that they hate which is constantly turned against them.
hey! i wanna work on OF when im older!

THAT is still working! dont put women down.
They don't know what they're doing. Keeping people content and willing to participate is important not the credit. The game is is to TRY to pay it back or off. It DOESN'T REALLY matter if they ever do as long as they keep trying to and make progress as they participate. So what is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up their buying and trading power as well as comfort going to do other than crash the economy? Is that what they want? Stage ONE DEPRESS THE CITIZENS!

Very diplomatically expressed!
I certainly don't want to work. Did that bit already.:catinablanket:
The only goal of capitalism is to make the rich richer and the poor poorer. No wonder people feel no motivation to work.
And competing vs underpaid people that corpos allow to cross border to depress wage. Deck is stacked against honest worker
No., it's not true. Saying nobody wants to work anymore indicates that they ever wanted to work in the first place. If crap didn't need to be done to maintain ourselves, we'd just play until we faint, and since sleep is a part of that maintenance the cessation would never come.

You spend enough time at home having nothing to do, you'll WANT to work just to keep yourself occupied. With that in mind, people DO wanna work. They just don't want to work for ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pay and crappy jobs. People wanna have a purpose in their life that makes their remaining time on this Earth count for something and to give them purpose.

And if they're good enough at something, they wouldn't even see it as job. What they DON'T want is to waste away 30+ years of their life working a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ job with no career advancement opportunities or social mobility. We all have a limited time on this Earth. Why should it be wasted on people or companies who wouldn't appreciate it anyway?

Well... The average person doesn't "WANT" to work...

Most would love to never have to work while getting to do their own thing while living comfortably, but that isn't how society functions, as even in communist countries, you have to work to survive "or else" you will likely be "forced" to work.

The real thing people should be saying is that CORPORATIONS don't want to PAY people "living wages".

And when you have a society run by greedy "Corpos" that believe in "Infinite Growth" and "Red line must ALWAYS go UP!" you get to a point where that is not actually possible, and no one can afford any sort of luxuries, food, housing or dreams of a stable and comfortable life... So they give up and often find other ways to survive on the DL.

Another issue is that nearly EVERY major hiring "HR firm" (more corpos) use "Background" and "Credit" checks along with computer programs that are very strict about approving people.

So if you don't have sparkling credit, a clean record, years of paid work experience for entry level jobs, and want to work for under minimum wage while being college educated and able to speak 5+ languages "HA! SCREW YOU!" it seems.

Heaven forbid someone with bad credit might be trying to get a job to pay off their debt, because apparently you are too much of a "risk" in that case, and automatically denied even an interview let alone a human actually seeing your application in the first place. :MMForFun:

Nowadays, the best thing you can do is start your own business and work for yourself instead of trusting some greedy corpos. :SafeForWork:
Why work when being a 'commodities' distributor pays so much more?

Then if you mess up; you can even get free housing, food, gym membership, and an opportunity to network with other like-minded people ... in prison.
