whats the best A.I programs/sites/etc
for pictures or make videos etc that's free or worth the price?
I tried this one to bring my photo of my dog who died to life
it changed their appearance into a different dog, saddness.

It really depends on what you want to do I.e. do you want a realistic image or do you want to create Anime characters?

For things like realistic pets, ChatGPT will combine your images and instructions.

And I do like the Sailor Moon example although that AI seems a bit dated by now. I have the Sailor Scouts on my profile.
