Remember that car full of women that tried to assassinate him by ramming the presidential motorcade but had their plans foiled by a drainage ditch they didn't realise was there and then claimed the reason why they'd been barrelling at Trump's limo was because their brakes had malfunctioned, even though they'd been sitting there waiting for the motorcade long enough to have killed the grass under the car.

Still boggles my mind that they were allowed to get away with that.

If he had succeeded, Republicans would have been thrown into disarray.

The police officer would have been fired and seen as the reason Trump was killed.

The person doing it, I genuinely dread to think what would have happened to him.

Der aren’t any clearly drawn battle lines or designated sides, most chu would see is some bad peeps haphazardly perishifyin’ each other, maybe a few buildin’s burn down or some such.

At most, der would has been a couple weeks of riots and civil unrest, and dat would be it.

Us Usonian types don’t has le stamina, willpower, or attention span needed to actually wage a proper war across our own territory.

I hope both of you are right. I am aware of some, shall we say, unstable types who might have taken that event as the go signal for a lengthy period of targeted attacks on those they would have perceived as responsible for the assassination.
