It's all in how you use it. Some people use it as a way to avoid having to do things themselves. Others use it as a way to enhance and speed up what they can already do.
you can run your own ai if you have nvidia gpu, theres tons of models to try out
I never use the Claude. I like Copilot the best. But ChatGPT scares me and Copilot as a little of that. Grok is unfortunately like the baby brother at the moment. He's along but sometimes he poops his pants if he gets excited, or is given something sugary, or is told to poop his pants.

Do you not read books because the books aren't from you?
Thr person using the Ai still needs to be literate to use it.
The only thing you miss out on by using AI is your own critical thinking skills.

This has been documented extensively over the last year. It’s not an opinion. It’s a fact. People who frequently use AI are harming their brains.

This would only matter if humans were immortal and an human based intelligence wall for any individual did not exist.
DeepSeek is the best, specially when talking in other languages besides English.
ChatGPT is trash and too much US-centric.

However, I rarely use them, as I find their outputs shallow.

Do you not read books because the books aren't from you?

Books can't simulate a conversation with you and be convinced that 2+2=5 or that youre right about delusions you have.

Confused on your post

Are you trying to make a point?

They are trying to say that AI can be convinced that 2+2=5…
