Mortar and pestle seasoning....
anyone out there have a concern about stone or wood dust
in your food from using a mortar and pestle...

they say you should season them by grinding rice in them
but i dont thing that helps... considering some people will
grind against a dry m n p and loosen up new stuff down the track.....

thoughts...

It shouldn't matter. The particle size of all of that is large enough that it just goes right through.

i found out the other day that walmart sells plastic mortar and pestles >_>

i dont have a mortar and pestle anymore....

but i think people cant really tell the difference between electric mincers...
and something that has been mortar and pestled.....

i could be wrong... but i dont feel like i am missing out on anything
since i got rid of my mortar and pestle...
