If you go to restaurants where they cover up the taste of chicken with an overdose of spices then how do you know what chicken tastes like?

unless they air fry the chicken in which case i guess?

in all seriousness (i was serious too) it's (at least the ones near my areas) slightly fresher than the other places and idk why. It doesn't have that rubbery soggy texture it feels and tastes crispy and freshly made for some odd reason.
but that's bout it it tastes like you could do it at home from scratch in an air fryer
