These days fentanyl is more the San Francisco treat. But I'll say of the two, Rice-a-roni wins because it's easy enough to make your own pasta and a sauce for it and be way better. Well, I mean, I guess that's also true for rice (except for the actual making it part), but I have the fortunate distinction of being good with rice what with having worked in a Chinese restaurant. But for anyone who's not great with rice, Rice-a-roni is pretty great.
